Raspberry Pi Smart Car Robot

The Freenove 4WD Smart Car Kit for Raspberry Pi is a robotics kit. It allows you to build a four wheel drive smart car. It includes all of the parts you would need to to do this except for the actual Raspberry Pi itself.

This kit is great if you want to learn about technology including computers, electronics, robotics, coding, and more. It is a great, STEM focused product for learning but is also just a fun thing to work with.

• Software and Programming - You can modify the software that comes with this robot. You can also learn to write your own code to control it.
• Raspberry Pi Compatibility - This requires a Raspberry Pi as a controller. The Pi is not included.
• Remote Control and Autonomous Modes - It can be controlled remotely and may or may not include pre-written code to run on it’s own. You can definitely add your own control code.
• Expansion Possibilities - You can add on to this robot and expand it. This includes both software and hardware.
• Chassis and Wheels - It obviously includs both chassis and wheels.
• Motor Driver Board - One of the main components is the motor driver board which is responsible for controlling the motors. This fits between the Raspberry Pi and the motors.
• Ultrasonic Sensor - An ultrasonic sensor is included with can be used for range finding, navigation, and obstacle avoidance.
• Camera Module Compatibility - It includes a camera which is used to support much of the robot’s functionality.
• Battery Pack - The batteries are NOT included. You will need to buy these separately.
