The ODROID XU3 is a small board that packs a punch. In addition to being powered by ARM big.LITTLE technology, the ODROID-XU3, also has a Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) solution. ODRID-XU3 is a new generation of computer devices with more powerful and energy-efficient technology and a smaller physical factor than previous devices. With open source support, the board can run a variety of Linux distributions, including the most recent Ubuntu 14.04 and the Android 4.4 operating system. The ODROID-XU3 boasts swift data transfer thanks to an eMMC 5.0 storage gadget and a USB 3.0 interface. This functionality is becoming more critical to enable improved processing capability on ARM devices, allowing the consumers to fully enjoy a computing boost, including speedier booting, web surfing, and 3D gaming.
The ODROID XU3 has Mali-T628 MP6 graphics, 2GB DDR3 RAM running at 933MHz, eMMC5.0 HS400 Flash Storage, and USB3.0 connectivity, all of which are rather impressive. The peripheral connection is very well designed and implemented. The micro-SD, micro-HDMI, DisplayPort, one slot for each, four USB ports, Ethernet, and other features are all present and correct. For such a little gadget, this is a substantial bundle.
