Fluke 101 Digital Multimeter
This is a great tool. I bought the Fluke 101 Digital Multimeter on Amazon and was not disappointed. It was the least expensive Fluke multimeter that I could find and it was still auto ranging. It is quite a bit less expensive when compared to other multimeters from the same brand.
The build quality is great. It is a solid / rugged piece of equipment. It is relatively small and light weight. It would be easy to carry around in your pocket. This depends on your pockets but it would be easier than other models.
Being manual ranging is really convenient. To me, the one thing that stand out about this model is that it can’t measure current. This kind of a major limitation in my mind.
If you want something really simple but want to make sure it is still high quality, this may be the multimeter for you. You can find it on Amazon HERE.
