ODROID Original
This was one of the earliest ( if not the first ) Odroid model to be released. This system is very old. The documentation for this SBC is lacking and I don’t have a ton of information to go off of. Fortunately we do have the specs but even those are a bit lacking.

This system used a Samsung S5PC100 SOC wich includes an ARM Cortex A8 CPU. This is a single core, 32-bit CPU which is about right for the time. This is roughly in line with what was being offered by Raspberry Pi with thier earlier models.
This is a somewhat interesting piece of technological history. It was long since obsolete when I created this page but I wanted to include it anyway just to be complete. I want to include as much information as I can about every Odroid product that I can. I want to include a full set of information. If nothing else this is interesting for historical reasons but it is also good to be able to compare older systems to more modern systems. It is nice to be able to see how things have developed and how far things have come along. Some things change a lot while other things don’t change at all. This can also be helpful because it highlights what areas haven’t progressed enough. It shows us where we haven’t been making progress and were more effort needs to be focussed.
