The ASUS company launched this motherboard in 2006 in a sub brand named as “Republic of Gamers” specifically designed for the gamers and the ones who love boosted overclocking for the greater performance e.g. in video editing and graphic designing softwares. This board is specifically designed for DIY and enables the user to build its PC for itself. It has come in the market having the specifications which can be seen in higher end ROG series motherboards with efficient cooling system. The motherboard has AM4 socket which is compatible with AMD Ryzen 3000TM & 5000 series with fine networking because of its on board Wi-Fi 6E and Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet with ASUS LANGuard. It has a two way AI noise cancelation system with supremeFX s1220A codec, sonic studio III and DTS sound unbound for the 3D sounds. It’s friendly and DIY design having a BIOS flashback, Q-LEDs, safe slot and a pre mounted I/O shield. With ASUS exclusive aura sync RGB lighting it has the potential for a topnotch personalization. As far as its robust power design is concerned it has a 12 plus 2 stages of power with a pro cooler connector, long lasting capacitors and high end alloy chokes. It has an integrated graphics processor having 1 x Display Port 1.2 1 x HDMI 2.1(4K@60HZ). Fig. 1 shows the view of motherboard.
The users must be aware of the excellent results this motherboard is producing. In 2020 and 2021 it has 3 different gold awards, one diamond award and 5 other featured awards under its belt. The gamers should be aware of the fact that this motherboard is having PCIe® 4.0 ready, dual M.2 slots, display port 1.2 output, USB 3.2 Gen 2 type C and plus HDMI. Its aesthetics are another point to be noted in its wonderful popularity. It has a black colored PCB and there are visible tags of ROG name and symbol on the IO cover. Another distinct thing in this board is that it has no fan installed on the chipset because of its less power consuming. It is a best option if one wants to spend $200 in building a PC.
